"Alex is a courteous and respectful person. His quality of work is superb. He ripped out our carpets and tile to install hardwood flooring. Did a great job. He also built out our basement. Excellent job. Alex also installed a dryer vent for us. Alex is our go to contractor for anything we need done. We can rely on his honesty and integrity of work. We highly recommend Alex!!!! "The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.
