"First, the company switched to a different name and when we contacted them they said the deal shouldn't have been up but they would still honor it. We told them we wanted an estimate done and they did it but I had to call the sales person to ask when we would receive it because I was supposed to get it the same day and two days later I had still not received it. My wife and I changed our mind and we aren't going to have this done at this time due to money issues. The person I dealt with over the phone was very personable and got back to me quick, I just think that the sales person should have responded to me quicker."

"I had a local contractor (NOT Jake with Roofs and More) tear off and replace our roof. After the first rain we had 1/2" of water flooding two rooms in our house. The original roofer came out and repaired what he thought was the problem. After the 2nd rain we still had the same issue and results along with a dozen ceiling tiles that he didn't replace. They returned my calls after 4 days of rain and said that he couldn't make it out when he said he would because they were out too late the night before. Needless to say that was the end of that. We looked on Angies List for a local roofing contractor and came across Jake with Roofs and More. We called Roofs and More. They were out the following day. They replaced all of the visible issues and even 3 or 4 that they pointed out that I was unaware of for no additional cost. We had a couple of other hard rains afterwards and found a couple of other leaks from the original contractor in different spots. Jake came to our house and made recommendations. When his crew came out to fix the issue, they actually found that it was a not what they expected but worse. It wasn't just a few bad nail holes, they previous contractor didn't lay out one of the valleys correctly. They tore out the valley, rebuilt the valley the right way and only charged for the labor. Jake and his entire crew are just great. They also followed up with us after the next two hard rains to make sure that everything was good. I have already recommended Roofs and more to 4 other friends and co-workers to Jake without any hesitation. Thanks Jake and crew!

"I highly recommend Rob if you are looking for help remodeling a bathroom. Rob did a great job on the shower, tile, plumbing and installing vanity. He worked at our cabin between our visits, and had everything cleaned up and ready by the time we needed it. Very responsive, very easy to work with, and very trustworthy. He basically does the work alone, so his prices are much more reasonable that the bigger firms that bring in someone for each part of the job. Next time I need help, I will call Rob!"

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
