"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"4/11/23 Eric Installed antenna in attic, Monique showed me how to use the remote etc......He couldn't get one of 4TV 's to work and NBC wouldn't work on any of them. Said they would return the next week to fix that one TV and bring a stronger antenna so I could get NBC. Did not show up for appt. When I called, he said he got tied up at another install. I have called, left messages, texted and get very brief messages returned that they really will fix the problems, but medical issues are getting in the way. I accepted that excuse, but I would like some communication from them. It has now been almost 5 months and I have not received what I paid for and all I get are promises that go unfulfilled. I've been very patient and told him to take care of the issues at home, but I do find it hard to believe that he isn't working for 5 months. I'm getting very frustrated and upset at this point. Money wasted!!!! I must say, I was very impressed with them when they came the first time. They were very helpful and sweet.....but I'm very bothered that they are not getting back to me and setting up a time to finish the job. This is my first attempt at taking some action. I feel bad giving a poor review if there is some serious issues that they are dealing with, but.....I think they could at least keep me informed or let me know that they are not going to be able to finish the job."
