"These guys are a fantastic bunch. I had an issue with a Kitchenaid Fridge, a 5 door model. Turns out there's a known major issue with ice build-up/defrosting in these units. Whirlpool support was very unhelpful but the techs from premier worked with me constantly to try and get us the best results from the warranty and honest opinions on the unit. We used them for almost six parts replacements across a literal half year (Whirlpool was shotgunning them and the repair tech has to follow warranty guide or he could lose his license) and near the end Premier even comped us some parts because they honestly wanted to see the fridge repaired for us. After all that effort and time, they got this expensive unit going again in spite of Whirlpool tech support. We would recommend them and will use them at our house for repairs from now on."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"CMA came out to install two air conditioner units in my home in 2019. About a month ago, I the downstairs unit stopped working. I called them and they came out and told me to change the filters. Of course, that did not work. I called them back and told them that was not the issue, and they gave me a hard time about coming back. When they came back the second time, they found that the fan in the downstairs unit had stopped working. The parts are under warranty, and I paid roughly $400 for labor. Yesterday I called them because my upstairs unit was not working. The woman in the office said that they were booked out 3 weeks. I told her that since I had spent over $10K with them for the units in 2019, I think they need to come back and fix the issue. The woman then stated that the technicians did not want to come back. I nor my husband were rude to any technicians when they came to work on my units. However, my husband is black and I am white, so maybe the problem is that the family owned company are a bunch of racist. I would not use this company unless you enjoy throwing money away and horrible customer service for spending your money."
