"Advanta set an appointment for someone to inspect. Their project manager Brandon Cook arrived promptly on time and made a careful inspection of the garage area and subsequently my basement where I had had a sump pump malfunction and substantial rainwater backup months before. In each case, he dismissed the concern of mold and explained areas where mold might develop and explanations as to what had probably caused the areas of concern. He was very professional, and helpful and reassuring with clear explanations. AdvantaClean did not charge for this inspection. I would definitely hire them if the need arose."

"Wood Rot Solutions indeed!  Not only did JD and his crew fix my window, they worked to solve the mystery of where the water was coming from and were able to correct the problem. These guys found the source of the water, which was a roofing issue, allowing water to drain right into the wall and across the window to the points it could travel downward and they were able to correct the entry point of the water. . .They climbed into the attic and took pictures to show the leak, and the location.  They exceeded by every expectation and I wish I could have given them an A++++++++++ rating on all counts..  My husband and I are FOREVER customers of JD and crew. . . They worked hard to fix it right!

"Overall, the project and work was good. The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive before the sale. The crew foreman was courteous and included a couple of extra scope items at no charge. The superintendent made sure a few missing/open items got resolved in a timely manner. This was all appreciated. However, in the haste to finish a large project quickly, some corners were cut. Most importantly, the parts of our finished basement floors that were not affected by the work were not protected in any way, resulting in damage that could have been easily avoided with simple, industry-standard measures. Even worse was the lack of care shown by the meager response from Foundation 1, which consisted of a visit from the superintendent to tell us "it's not that bad". We simply have to live with a damaged floor, with no offer to "make things right" and not even an apology or response from the owner or salesperson, who both disappeared after the sale. This is unfortunate that one simple oversight, and especially the lack of owning up to that oversight, would ruin an otherwise good project. I am sure Foundation 1 understands that a little effort to address customer complaints goes a long way to help their business, I just don't understand why they dropped the ball with us."

"We had problems finding a company willing to do a small section of composite siding, and even fewer who were capable of fixing problems we knew would be underneath. We needed to repair a portion of the back of a 2-story house. SRS came promptly to give an estimate, and was happy to repair as much or as little as we wanted. We went with Hardie board for the majority of the repairs. We had to wait a while for the repairs to be done because they were busy and it kept raining, but that is understandable and Brian from SRS kept us informed of the ETA. Oscar was the crew leader, and he is great to work with - friendly and professional, and made sure to keep us informed of everything that was going on. The problems we expected to find under the siding were worse than we anticipated, which led to them needing to repair water damage to the framing. Oscar showed us the damage, and we gave approval for the additional work and materials. This additional amount was less than we expected for such important repairs. That extra work set them back, and the team rushed to get to a point where they could wrap everything up securely for the night because rain was in the forecast. The partly-resided house survived a half day of rain just fine. Their second workday was also slowed down by unexpected work, but they were here for 10 hours that day and finished up the project within the estimated two days. The crew was polite and helpful. They left the work area just as they found it. They even did some things that we didnt expect (painting areas outside of the scope of their repairs, additional trim work). The new siding and paint looks great! We will definitely go to them again when we do more siding.

"It went extremely well.  The finished product is awesome.  Shawn has worked on many projects for me since 2009 including installing a new shower, putting in a French drain, repairing my deck and many repair jobs.  This project turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations.  Shawn is very pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to help with any problems you may have.  The people who work for him also do very good work.  He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of building and home repair and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in repair or remodel."

"My house was damaged in a hail storm in April of 2012.  Tyler from Veteran came out  and gave me a free inspection and told me there was damage to my roof.  He helped me file a claim and worked with the insurance company during the whole project.  The whole process took a month or so but the quality of work and materials was well worth the wait.  They also helped me with a giant dead tree in my back yard and also helped me remodel my garage.  These guys know there stuff and do the work right.  I would definitely refer them to a friend and use them on projects in the future.
