"We had a wonderful experience with Footprints! Dan and Laura were quick to respond to our initial inquiry. Their bid was competitive and totally fair. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. "Mark Seifert, the owner, called me as soon as my request for estimates was posted. We met the next day and he clearly explained everything to me so I hired him. The project (luxury vinyl planks over sheet vinyl) started faster than he originally said. Jeff and Sean were excellent professional installers. "Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."
