"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company delivered one of the most disappointing, careless, and blatantly misleading ?services? I?ve ever experienced. I made my request extremely clear: I needed a dead mouse REMOVED from inside my house. Nothing complicated. Nothing unclear. Just do the job I called for. What I got instead was someone walking around the OUTSIDE of my home for about 10 minutes, doing absolutely NOTHING related to the issue, fixing NOTHING, identifying NOTHING, and then charging me $199 for work I never asked for and that provided ZERO value. The dead mouse is still inside untouched because they never even bothered to look. This was NOT a misunderstanding. It was a complete disregard for the customer and a blatant attempt to justify a charge for a service they didn?t perform. It feels predatory, dishonest, and completely unprofessional."

"I live in Tucson, AZ and became aware of Patrick's company via Angi. We spoke at length about my situation & he provided me his recommendations at a competitive price. What can I say except he exceeded my expectations from 1,300 miles away. If memory serves, we spoke on a Monday afternoon & his trap was set up Tuesday morning. Patrick captured Ralph the racoon & he was humanely relocated to another location. Thanks again Patrick. Scott "

"Squirrels had moved into my attic through a wood rot hole that formed in the awning behind my house due to poor drainage. Joe, the tech from All Rodents Begone came to my house, inspected my attic and made a plan with me to trap the squirrels and then patch the entry hole. It took a few days to catch all the squirrels, but Joe was responsive and communicated well with me. I'm very satisfied."

"This was such an unfortunate experience. I had a raccoon living in my chimney, and all I needed was for them to come put a one-way door on the top so it could get out but not get back in. It seemed like a simple enough task, but the guy who came out was very open about being unsure of what to do. He ended up taking out the fireplace insert in my basement, looking in there, and confirming that there was a raccoon. After he confirmed it was in there, he for some reason decided to walk away and work on the roof with both the fireplace on my first floor and in my basement wide open. Assuming that he was a professional and knew what he was doing, I didn’t question him (I thought he probably plugged it higher up). Of course, this meant that the raccoon just came into the house. I was sitting at my dining room table when I heard tip-tap sounds on the kitchen floor. When I turned around, I saw the raccoon two feet behind me. I ran out the front door and got the guy. When the guy came in, he said he couldn’t find the raccoon and that it “probably” went back up the chimney. At this point, my kitchen was a huge mess; the raccoon had stepped in its poop and left black poop footprints all over the kitchen and counters. It even urinated in my cookie tray on my stove top. It took hours to clean and disinfect the kitchen, and I had to throw away my dinner, which I was marinating on the counter. The raccoon also walked across brand new carpeting that I had just gotten installed in my basement; the whole purpose of getting new carpeting was to have a safe/clean place for my baby to crawl, and now I have to worry about contamination from roundworm. Anyway, this story gets crazier and crazier, and I’ll spare you all the details, but the shorter version is that we discovered in the middle of the night when it sounded like someone was breaking in that the raccoon was still loose in our house. I called the guy back out, and still he “couldn’t find it” and insisted that “if” it was in the house, that there would be more of a mess (more than just the raccoon poop that mysteriously ended up on our floor). Eventually, after several returns to my house, they were able to find the raccoon hiding in the rafters in a room I used as a gym in my basement (which I now can’t use as a gym because I worry about aerosolized roundworm from poop in the rafters far enough back that we can’t clean it out). After *48* full hours of the raccoon being loose in my house, endangering the life of my small dog and 7-month-old baby, it was finally removed. All they had to say about it was that “sometimes things go south,” which is remarkable given that they literally opened the door to let the raccoon in and then left the fireplace door unattended while it was open for over an hour. It was an extremely dangerous and awful experience due entirely to their negligence. And charging $700 after all that seems simply absurd given that they endangered my family, ruined my new carpeting, and rendered my gym unusable for the foreseeable future."
