"The old windows in our condo in Hawaii were rusted and broken and while we were there we contacted Mid-Pac about replacing them with vinyl windows. Once the windows were ordered we worked together on a time plan for installation as there are renters there for part of the year. They kept in great contact with us so the install could go smooth. We were also provided with photos of the project as we are on the mainland. Our maintenance person on the island also checked on the work and verified that it looked awesome! We are very happy with the results and will be there soon to see the new windows. We wish we would have known about Mid-Pac when we had the kitchen remodeled, we did that through Lowes and it was a disaster.
