We own a store and asked him to clean the carpet on the sales floor along with certain well-traveled areas in the back stockroom but he covered more area than we asked him to. There were also some stubborn stains including glue that had seeped up through some of the edges of our carpet tile. We did not expect any of the glue to come off and told him not to worry about it but Ivan treated and scrubbed the glue residue. To our surprise, he was able to get most of it. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him."
