"Very considerate, Professional Paint Crew, Pete Rodriguez and Sons. Always thought about the Customer first. Worked diligently, quietly everyday. Showed up on time. Were off my property by 3:30 p.m. most days. Cleaned up after themselves. Neighbors only knew because they saw them cleaning paint brushes at the end of the day. Minimal disruption to my life. Some drywall, wood trim repair. Tougher job because I had $20K in new floors to protect. Had debate with Charlie, Co. Owner, re: type of paint, but he agreed to use my preference BEHR with primer. "We had a large crack in our ceiling that we wanted repaired. Antonio came to our home and told us he didn't think it would be a problem repairing the crack. He and his worker arrived on time. The worker draped our furniture and got to work. It took about 4 hours, but the crack was repaired and you can't even tell it was repaired. We would definitely use Antonio's Drywall Repair and Texture again. The only negative is that some of the plaster got on the cabinets/floor and I had to spend some time afterward removing it (I'd ask them to drape a little better). All in all, we were very happy with the service and they were less expensive than other quotes we'd received.

"Called Daniel, owner of "No Limit Painting" on a Saturday morning at 9 am. He answered his phone quickly and agreed to come to my home and provide a free estimate. I was a little hesitant at first to have a painting company repair drywall, but other reviewers reported he did good work, so I decided to request a bid. Bottom line: he did a fantastic job and I'm very happy I hired him.
Daniel and a helper arrived less than 3 hours after I first talked with him. I wanted to hang two ceiling fans where I originally had light fixtures, but the old drywall was weak and needed replacement. For $150, Daniel removed two sections of drywall, floated in patches, mudded the boxes, double-taped the joints and used quick-dry compound that set in 30 minutes. He was masterful with the mud, so the result was like new. After he sanded, I primed, painted and textured the repairs. Good as new!
I was so satisfied with his work I asked for an estimate to refurbish my garage drywall. His estimate was fair and reasonable. If I decide to do have this work done, I will certainly hire Daniel to do it.

"Freedom builders helped me out when I thought my new home was a loss.  When the flooring guy was in to do the flooring, he saw that some walls seemed like they had water damage.  When I tore out a small portion of the wall, I saw that there was a major former termite problem, that ate most of the wood supporting the walls in three rooms.  The inspector, when we purchased the home, also noted that the wood siding was somewhat worn (37 years old).  With further research, I was able to find out that the termites came in through the siding (in the past, not a current infestation) and there was quite a bit of water damage.
I called Michael from freedom builders and he came out with one of his employees to look at the damage.  He was able to calm me down and explained to me that it was not "the end of the world."  He then developed a quote to repair all of the damaged walls and wood supports, remove all of the siding, and replace the siding with a new plywood barrier, water barrier, and hardy plank siding.  The price was very reasonable, the work done well and quickly, and now my house not only looks AMAZING, we also don't have to worry about termite issues or future water damage.
While they were working on the siding, they saw a small spot on the roof were it was bowed out (I cannot believe I did not notice it earlier) and sent out a specialist to look at the issue.  It was a bowed support, and they were able to fix it, and still use the same matching shingles.
I am extremely happy with Freedom Builders, and would recommend them to everyone.  Michael is extremely understanding, and repaired my home, while increasing the value and making it look amazing.

"The service went fine. I had them paint all of the interior walls and trim. I paid an additional fee to have them paint the trim and cover more footage. They even did some minor repairs at no additional charge. I thought that was very nice of them. Three painters came out and completed the work in 5 days. I thought they did a good job. The father/son combo did a great job but their helper was not so good. They also did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. I asked them to clean their brushes in the backyard and I found paint in my sinks. The stairs were also dirty and I had to get them professionally cleaned. Overall, considering they painted the entire house, the service went well. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they came out when they said they would."
