"Art and his brother Mark were prompt, professional, and payed great attention to detail. Both men had wonderful manners and were very communicative about the costs and timing involved in cleaning our carpeting. Their customer service is rarely found in today’s environment! The men arranged to pick up my oriental rug before they came to my home to clean the wall to wall carpeting. On the day Art and Mark came to clean the carpet they brought the oriental rug with them so that it could be placed in my great room on the same day. The oriental rug is now in like new condition. The stains in the wall to wall carpet seem to have all been removed. The method that was used in cleaning did not leave my carpet wet but rather a damp dry which now, 5 hours later, is totally dry. Art told me he would return to re-treat spots that might reappear later. Art and Mark worked great as a team. They moved furniture to clean under and around it. They replaced the furniture before they left. The job was done in the exact time frame they gave me. I have moved many times and used different carpet cleaners. I thought no one could top the cleaning company I used before moving to Texas. Heaven’s Best has out surpassed any other carpet cleaning company I have used in the past! "Service man arrived at end of window. Cleaning appeared to be well done--carpets are clean. However service man was very aggressive with his machine and when carpets dried, they were stretched with large folds in main rooms. SS rep inspected and said that was normal (although it has never happened before with SS or other cleaners in this house). SS refused to try to stretch carpet or take any responsibility."

"First off, Mark (Owner) arrived an hour late the appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 8am and he arrived at 9am. He claims he got lost. We never received a phone call or text. Second, Mark was very unprofessional throughout the cleaning process. He kept asking me invasive questions about my life, kept telling me to go get cash from the atm since he ONLY accepts cash or money order since he does not want a paper trail. To me that sounds illegal, but I am not the IRS. Anyway, he didn't inform me that there was a potential for my baseboards to get damaged since they were made of MDF material versus solid wood. He failed to inspect the area of work and blamed me for not informing him. He didn't show me the contract until AFTER he was done. He disconnected the hose from the side of my home and left is thrown on the lawn and never placed it back where it was. He was very egotistical and kept proclaiming how great he was and how much money he made. He made racist comments towards particular ethnic groups and bad-mouthed his previous customers. Overall, horrible experience and I wouldn't even want this guy to come out to my home to try and fix his subpar work. My kitchen tiles still look dirty. Minimal difference."
