"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"The project took about 2 months to complete which was expected since it was a complete (down to the studs) remodel. Bob had an electrician and plumber do the electrical/plumbing so he could focus on the mechanical aspects of the remodel. He also had a contact for shower doors/mirrors. I provided my own countertops because I wanted carrara marble. I am thrilled with how the project turned out. Bob was very easy to work with. I had done much of the materials sourcing before the project started to help it stay on schedule. We had regular meetings to discuss the plans. I had some unique aspects to my project that he was able to handle. He built and installed custom wainscoting, custom cabinets (including uppers to my specifications), and pull out drawers for a floor to ceiling storage cabinet. The shower has custom tile work (4 different tiles). I've already gotten back on his project list for another project at our house."
