"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"When we moved into our new home in December 2023 - the garage attic was not spray foamed. Builder was charging extra as an add on. Told them to shove it. Waited 2 summers before we got around to apply spray foam in the garage that faces to the west. Very hot in the summer. Our vendor ‘Precision Spray Foam’ came on time - did the spray foam job in the time that was given in the quote. Cleaned up the garage floor area and the garage attic that was spray foamed looked good. Need to let it dry 12 to 24 hours to really look it over. Won the bid of 3 on pricing & looking at the project very thoroughly. I would use again. "
