"We have had Roger work on our house a couple of times. Both times he was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. The work was great. On the first job, he repainted the ceilings for us downstairs and re-patched some old scars from Ike. He also reworked our stair railing to bring it to code. He did a great job on both. So, when a  plumbing leak caused a need for another ceiling repair in a different part of the house, he took care of the whole mess for us-- No more leak,  and a beautiful new ceiling.  <br />"

"We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!"

After speaking with several contractors we decided on HT&A based on Angies List. Towards the end of the build, we had severe issues with grout and a beautiful new shower. Issue was with the product and not the work. I was worried that the company would simply walk away or say we did our best, but thankfully that was not the case. We experienced some intermittent delays, but found all materials, selections, and colors available. When i made a change in colors on a couple different materials, Shane did not complain, but assigned his crew to follow up, to our satisfaction. The overall job extended past the initial proposed completion. I am convinced no one else could have done the work as well as he and his crew. He coached and guided through material selection, while allowing us to have great wide range of choices in texture, color, and design. I am indeed so pleased with the remodeled space that I invite people to come in to see it even if they've seen it before. We waited a long time to renovate, with outstanding results.
