Philip philosophy is to ensure the complete satisfaction of his customers, to treat them respectfully with a most attentive ear: the kind of care and passion, coupled with attention to the most minute of concern or detail we have, was always met with the utmost courtesy and organization. Philip and his team, including Nicole and Josh, were extremely punctual (would literally arrive on the dot, if not before), respectfully neat, and treated us like family. Our project was quite challenging, involving extensive reparative work on our travertine flooring.
