Imagine my surprise when a plumber answered the phone and was at my house about 30 or 45 minutes later. They were here for about 2 minutes and found the source of the problem. It took them a very short amount of time to fix the problem. They then went above and beyond their jobs by cleaning up the water caused by the broken water line and the additional mess you will find under a refrigerator that hasn't been moved in awhile because I am disabled. I honestly thought when I received the bill that I would have to take a 2nd mortgage because it was 8 on a Saturday morning after all. I could not believe how low his bill was for all they did. I am a loyal customer from today forward!!
