We love our new entryway door and cannot thank Pete enough for realigning our back patio door. The ease with which we can now open and close all of these doors is miles beyond the aggravation of trying to close a misaligned door. That alone made our decision to choose the Brennan company over others the right one. Many other companies would not even consider realigning a door without replacing the whole thing entirely. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."
