Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. Google has more detail"

My new roof looks okay but is crooked in places, the roofers left nails all over my yard, 6 months later and I'm still finding nails in my yard. In addition to that they left a huge oil stain on my driveway that I had to argue with the foreman about until it got cleaned up. The first day on the job and the foreman said I had a nice house and asked what my husband does for work. I said I don't have a husband, and he asked if my parents helped me purchase my home. I let him know that I purchased the house on my own. 2 months after the roof was completed I still had not received my warranty. It took me about 6 phone calls, and an email to the owner before I got the warranty sent to me. After I emailed the owner the foreman sent a snarky text saying I should have contacted him instead of the company. All in all it might be worth the competitive price if you're willing to put up with misogyny and to stay on top of things."

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front. I reached out to a full list of contractors to repair our home. Most of them were shocked at the damage that was done, but seemed to be to busy or not interested in helping us out. "I needed to have some of our shingles repaired after a wind storm blew some of them off.  I also wanted a bid done for our garage roof, which is older than the house roof.  Did a great job and didn't charge me more than the Angie's Deal, which was nice. The bid for the garage was reasonable and we are determining timing for that to be done in the next year or so.  I will definitely call them again for our roofing needs and will have them do the garage roof when we are ready.

"They worked really diligently to complete the project in the stated time frame and did so pretty well.  They acknowledged having perhaps a few too many jobs at one time (probably everyone needed projects finished before the weather turned as we did!) to complete the job when expected which didn't pose any problems for us.  They were courteous and friendly and did a great job.  They made a concerted effort to protect newly planted flowers and bushes which they did fairly well.  Only a couple mishaps.  They cleaned up very well (stucco work can be messy).  Mike, Dr. Patch, is quiet and reserved and and Stan, Mr. Stucco Master, is talkative and gregarious.  Without reservation we'd re-hire them again and recommend them to friends.
