After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

Classic or trendy, Kristeen teaches at a local college and knows what’s out there and what we could expect. Communication was easy and prompt. Everyone was GREAT to work with and the job was completed ON TIME. They go ABOVE & BEYOND! Over a year after we were done our “Smart” faucet motor went out. At no charge, father and son came out and switched it out for us. We have done our share of remodeling and wish we had found them sooner. I LOVE my kitchen!"

My goodness. Despite all the delays that inevitably came (none of which were his fault), he took ownership and made the kind of adjustments that kept the project on time and found ways to cut costs for me. I have nothing but high praise for his foreman as well. His foreman constantly stayed in touch with me and when subcontractors were running late, he would let me know right away.
