They renovated our basement from a cement storage space to a cozy den and fun play space for our children - including the addition of a powder room! They were over every day for several weeks back to back to get the job done efficiently. They are genuine, transparent, and a truly kind and honest family run team. They are open to feedback and happy to adjust, pivot, redo, fix anything you need. We are incredibly happy with the end result and recommend them without any reservations- in fact we already have! "Amaya Construction was referred to me by a friend and colleague shortly after purchasing my home. The goal was to build a deck and install a sliding glass door on a wall where there previously was not one. Amaya Construction handled everything from start to finish - permits, planning, inspections, architectural plans and got us started as soon as the town gave us the green light. Project was done rather quickly and the crew made sure to take everything away and leave the backyard cleaned up. We liked the work so much that we had Amaya do a paver stone walkway around the deck and also repave, and extend our driveway an additional 6ft. Communication throughout was consistent! We already have plans to hire Amaya for another project this coming spring."
