They offered design ideas that we hadnâ t considered (half glass shower wall and floating vanity) which really made the final product look stunning. They gave us a quote up front and we just cut them the final check for the same amount we agreed to at the beginning. They went above and beyond in so many ways: they saw there wasnâ t insulation behind our babyâ s nursery and installed it, they added an extra outlet in a bedroom while re-doing the electrical, they vacuumed at the end of every day and had a temporary plastic wall to keep all the dust from getting to the rest of the house. They were reliable and communicative every step of the way. And we always felt comfortable with them in our house (even during COVID when we were working from home) . We are so happy with them and are looking for new projects to hire them for right now."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

We have an older house with some tricky repairs and the crew was able to make the repairs, match the stain and they look great. We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. Whole job was done in under 3 days."
