"General contractor for building.  Coordinated all aspects.  I went to them with a general layout of what I wanted.  They worked with me to look at various options, how much they cost, etc... and we agreed to a design/cost optimized design before signing a building contract.  They were excellent to work with.  During construction, they were efficient, worked well with both sub-contractors and town officials to get things completed under budget and early.  Constructions started in February and I moved in in September. <br />"

"We used Crossroads Contracting a year+ ago for a major house renovation (added 1/2 a 3rd floor) and to replace our basement door. One of the ballast lights in one of the new closets flickered and started to smoke, so I shut it down. In reading the warranty for the part (5 years), I called CrossRoads to see how I could get this fixed or replaced, expecting them to refer me to the manufacturer. Instead, they sent an electrician to my house, with a replacement part, and replaced the ballast at no charge. <br /> <br /> I also noticed our new basement door was progressively difficult to close over the year since it was installed, and recently I had to throw my shoulder into the door to close it, It was hitting the door frame on the top and bottom. Seems the house settled/shifted over the year. I called CrossRoads, and they sent the installer to re-position the door within the frame so that it closed easily (removed some shims behind the hinges). This too was done at no charge. <br /> <br /> What I liked about both experiences is that they back up the work that they do, even over time. They are a small women owned business that adds a personal touch to their jobs. Because of this, I have referred them to friends, who have used them successfully."
