"I have an older home. The plumbing fitting are American Standard. Katie told me to keep all faucent pieces I had. I wanted to change the type of tub spout and knobs. Only silver ones would work in my tub. Katie told me I could take the originals hardware I had and have another company spray the color I wanted. I had that done for a faction of cost that buying new ones would cost. <br /> <br /> The tub itself is an old cast iron. I didn't want a new tub. I want to refinish the one I had. Katie put in in contact with a man who did this kind of work. His business is called Hard Tops. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"RRS explained in detail what was happening and the options we had. We had the inside of the tanks replaced with new plumbing and they work like a charm now with no water leakage. Plumber was clean, polite, knowledgeable, and on time. We had purchased two hours of time on an Angie's List coupon. It was a great deal. The parts, of course, were extra (as the Angie's List coupon had said they would be) but were very reasonably priced. This experience was with a competent and honest plumber and we would us him again gladly!"

"Had an awesome experience with these guys. We had to do both radon mitigation and sump pump installation. I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! Totally not his job, but I asked him if he knew a good electrician and by doing some basic trouble-shooting he was able to fix it and save us the cost of having an electrician come by! Highly recommend these guys, no reservations whatsoever"
