"JD replaced the roof on my townhome in Braselton, GA. I live in Houston, TX and manage my own rental property. He started the job at 6 am and sent drone shots of the completed work by 10:30 EST. I was amazed. He also sent pics as the work was being completed. He is first class and stays in direct contact with customer so there is now miscommunication. We paid him 1/2 upfront and the remainder the day of completion. This was a small job for him and I'm grateful he took it on for us. "Edward Chuklanov was the rep for our complete roofing job. Our roof was 20 years old, with 2 known leaks, old flashing , rotting siding in 2 locations and a replaced metal roof over a bubble window. Edward coordinated all. Basic work was completed in one day on our 3200 sq foot house. Cleanup was done the next day. The small window metal roof was completed a week later. All work was outstanding and followed by a drone flyover inspection. “All Ears” did everything we asked and more & Edward brought it together. Well done. Pat Campbell"

"After the initial consultation they forgot to send me the estimate until I requested it. We had discussed adding two new bathroom vents and we were told it was not a problem. They were the cheapest bid for the same materials as all the other companies we had spoken with, so we set a date to start the work. On the day of the install no one showed up and I received a call a few hours later stating they did not have a crew and we rescheduled it for a few days later. Again, no one showed up. We rescheduled it a final time and someone finally came to do the install. The crew that came did a good job with the install but the clean-up with the magnetic sweeper was not great. There were nails, roof tiles, and debris that was not hard to see and was left for us to clean. They completed the job rather late and I noticed the next morning that the bathroom vents had not been cut out like discussed. I called and was told that because I never told them where to put the holes they could not do it. I was not aware I was responsible for letting them know where to cut the holes. I was also home all day and no one came to ask me where to cut the holes. They offered to come and cut the holes after they were finished but after taking off three days from work already and the roof was complete I did not want them to tear it up. I got a new roof but I would rather pay more money to have a company that is more responsible and respectful to the customer and their time."
