"Back to Perfection is a perfect name for this company. We didn't realize that Corian could be refinished. We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result. The refinished countertops look like new and "Back to Perfection". Recommend Back to Reservation without reservation."

"When we called to set up an appointment for the estimate, we caught Mr. Naylor and his family on vacation.  He had his work calls forwarded to him.  He politely set up an appointment for an evening the next week.  He was on time, brought his wife with him who helped my wife select the countertop she wanted.  That was a nice touch.  We ;agreed to the estimate and set up an appointment for the installation.  Mr. Naylor's son was the installer.  He arrived on time, and efficiently tore out the old countertops, sink, and faucet.  Custom built the new counters and installed the laminate, sink, and faucet.  He did a good job, and cleaned up after the work.  If you have this work done, expect a very messy, dusty project.   I would use Mr. Naylor again, and heartily recommend him to put in your new laminate countertops.

We had 3 bids all through Angie's List, one of the companies Granite Outlet II that  we had used before. The other two bids were from Solid Stone Fab. and KAT Fab

Most of the bids were similar, except all of the companies provided different prices for removal, sink cutout, plumbing for rehook-up of sink, and rehooking up stove top.

Granite Outlet II had a plumber in-house. Solid Stone had a recommendation for a plumber and KAT didn't provide a recommendation.

We kept our backslash and KAT was the only company that had an issue with cutting it down if needed. And it was cut to allow for the quartz.

We chose Solid Stone Fabricators because we trusted Claudia to do a good job for us. She was very attuned to our needs and anytime we asked her a question if she didn't already know it she got right back with us. She took good notes and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We went to see the where the countertops were fabricated at Solid Stone and we also went to Cambria Quartz in Carrollton and looked at the Quartz we wanted and received large samples there.

They came out and measured and showed up on time, then we scheduled for the install.

The installers showed up at their scheduled time and finished in less then 5 hours. The next morning the plumber came and hooked the sink and stove back up.

Claudia came out a few days later and bought us our extra quartz. its VERY heavy but we wanted to keep it and they also made us a cutting board.

"It went well. I initially rated this contractor F because thru would not return my calls. However, they finally called and apologized and i hired them. One top (on an island) was accidentally not glued down and I am still waiting for this to be done. If done soon, I would hire again and rate them as A. Their price was $1,000 below others!!! "Flooring installation was great, and my new back splash is beautiful. Dalton & Henry did a very professional job. They were on time, polite, careful with my personal household items and played with the dog. Carpet was installed. installers were great. Yellowstone Granite was sub-contracted to install granite. It rained, over night that morning, granite was outside before it was delivered and installed. It is yellowish/gold color, instead of white. Either it was never sealed or sealed correctly. I've been promised over and over again, by my contractor, Travis that it would be stripped and resealed. Yellowstone never called. They also owe me two pieces of granite that was left from the large stone to go under my Grandfather clock and a mini fridge. I feel that A Touch of Grace did not deliver the beautiful kitchen I was promised. Also the dishwasher was not properly reattached to the counter top. Every time i open it, it falls open. These project were in late August, early September still not resolved."

"Joe’s Floor Shop replaced all my flooring. Engineered hardwood in entry, DR, LR, halls. Carpet in 4 bedrooms and tile in game room, kitchen and master bath. Also refaced the fireplace. Jose answered all my questions and was very professional. The team cleaned up every day and made this big job more pleasant than I ever thought it could be. Brother’s Remodeling and Construction textured and painted my entry, DR and master bath. They also removed a dated light box from my kitchen and replaced with LED lights on a dimmer switch and fixed a crack across the kitchen ceiling. They did an awesome job and you can’t tell where the repairs were made. Besides doing an awesome job everyone was friendly and easy to work with! I would definitely use them again."

"First off the job is done, mostly. Still have to fill in some voids in the grout but I won't let this company back in my house. Scheduling - absolutely terrible. Workers were rarely on time. After a major install issue did not coordinate a new day to show up. Just decided they would show up to the house without any precoordination. Very unprofessional. Price - reasonable. Quality - very average. The first tile install was a mess. Not level in any plane, just a mess. Randy agreed and took the first install down to redo. But then the tile wasn't available. Plumber they brought, though a "master" plumber did not have the tools required to complete the potfiller relocation. Not necessarily the plumbers fault as we were installing in a stainless steel panel over drywall. But, Roma should have provided the required tools to get the job done. Luckily I took the day off and did quite a bit of the work. Realized after he shut the wall the plumbing was not leak checked."
