"I am still impressed with how our roof came out and the high quality of workmanship. We had a couple hail storms that ripped through our neighborhood. Getting a roofer to even return a call was a challenge. Greg was responsive when I reached out and willing to answer any questions I had. It is almost embarrassing to compare my neighbors roof, that was just replaced, next to mine. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very apparent throughout the neighborhood, I have the best roof on the block. Greg is knowledgeable and experienced in his trade and was on the job at least 2 or 3 times a day to ensure that the crew was on point. The crew was very respectful of my property and fantastic cleanup as this is a messy project. He has great followup and came out to do another walk through to ensure all my expectations were being met. He also is accommodating with my budget. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
