"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"Juan and son were timely, professional, conscientious and reasonably priced. Our knotty pine cabinets were painted and look great! We are extremely pleased with our “new” cabinets and highly recommend Classy Restoration. Without question, we would use them again."

"So communication was a little spotty. The worker was unsure if he was to do job or just scope job. With that being said started later than expected. But I was asking for quick scheduling and completion. Workers friendly. Asking appropriate questions to ensure clarity. Cleaned up job site. Would definitely use again"

"Luke was awesome. He showed up on time and was so professional. He made sure the quality of his work was up to his standards and ours before leaving. I would hire him again if the time comes."

"They did an excellent job. They were very professional. Plan on hiring them for additional remodeling. Would recomend them."

"I had the pleasure of connecting with Kallel from Faithful Touch LLC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work! Yesterday, I had a leak under my sink, and he came over quickly to resolve the issue. Not only did he fix the leak efficiently, but his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He’s a genuinely great guy—friendly, honest, and dedicated to doing the job right. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and I highly recommend Faithful Touch LLC to anyone in need of plumbing services. If you're looking for someone you can trust, look no further!"
