"The entire process went extremely well. They first sent a supervisor to estimate the extent of the problem and determine what equipment and how much equipment would be necessary. Within the same day, the men with the equipment showed up and took readings to determine any and every area that was affected by the water leaks from the roof, brought in fans and de-humidifiers and carefully set them up. They were very respectful of my property and took great care in setting up their equipment so as not to damage walls or furniture. They set up an incredible amount of equipment, explained what each piece did and addressed every concern I had including any possible liability with leaving the equpiment running while I was not at the house.
