I spoke to the lady in the office and informed her we were in a Condo on 9 floor and she assured me they had the equipment no problem. On the day of service the guy informed us that there was an extra $50 dollars because we were on the 9 floor but the lady I spoke with never mentioned this to me when I confirmed the quote and date. We felt this was dishonest for a business who doesn?t stand by their customers we had no choice but to pay since we had an event and neeed the carpets cleaned ! "Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future.
