"I had called other places for estimates and DIHS was the same as the others, but they were the only ones who offered a flat rate which I prefer, because with hourly you never know if they're going to go over the predicted number of hours (especially in Miami - so like one place said $65/hour for 3 hours but you know it's going to take a lot longer than that because - Miami - and it did, by the way). The guy called to say he could come out to the house earlier than expected if that was ok (yes, please) and he was extremely professional and courteous.
