"I am pleased with the work that was done. The stamped concrete slab looks great and is an excellent patio we start enjoying. Here are some details of the overall work: Due to high demand my work was scheduled 6 weeks ahead from the initial quote. The work started with only 1 day delay from the initial schedule. If you think that the weather have an big impact on concrete jobs only 1 day delay on scheduling 6 weeks out is fantastic! Any questions I had were responded in 1 day max. Team was professional, the work was done in a timely matter with no disruption to our schedule as we are working from home. Workers started early (about 7 am) and I was notified about the schedule ahead of time. The site was left clean as agreed with the company. Few team members did finishing jobs (water, clean and seal) in days after the concrete was poured. Hardly noticed their presence. I had 3 other quotes from companies from our area and this one was almost the lowest. I wish I had done the work few years ago."

"I highly recommend Jim.  He cam with all the wood pre-cut and painted.  He did all of this at his workshop sparing the time and clean-up required to do it on site.  We were fitting him into a 1 week of owner occupancy on a summer rental.  He came precisely when he said he would and finished on time.  We were very pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely hire him again.  In fact, we've already had him quote a price on another project.  I don't often post reveiws . . . generally only when the service was very good or very poor.  I'm happy to report that in this case it was really great! <br /> <br />"

"They came on a Wednesday and dug the sod out and dirt and added the <br /> stone, and drain and laid back the sod. They protected the rest of the <br /> grass by placing the dirt and sod on a tarp. Thursday they returned and <br /> dug in the remaining section. I can hardly see where the drain line is <br /> as they did such a great job placing back the sod. Their dig went down <br /> several feet to reach the correct slope. <br />"

"They were great to work with; they had a rep come out quickly to inspect out our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. But I was very disappointed in a few things. One, they asked me for a match to light the pilot. I had one match in the house. Seemed odd they would come without matches when they are inspecting a fireplace. Later, one of the employees had a box of matches in his hand. Was he too lazy earlier when he asked for one and did not want to go to his car to get his matches? I don't know, but that was a put off. Two, they could not find the switch for the fan. It was on the wall next to the fireplace. I cannot believe I was disturbed from getting ready for work to show them a switch on the wall next to fireplace. Three, they could not get the fan to work. I had to ask them if they checked the fuse box to see if it was turned off. Of course it was. These, to me are simple steps and troubleshooting measures that any person coming to the home would know to do. If they cannot figure out simple things like these, it makes me feel uncomfortable. <br /> To pay $189 for a gas fireplace inspection for a fireplace that does not produce heat and is for show only seems really high to me. I am more disappointed because I have had them come out before and do work and in the past were very professional and did an excellent job. I was disappointed this time. I am not sure if I would use them or not in the future. I marked yes because there is not an unsure option. <br />"
