"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. "They were very professional and helped in our time of need. We had a roof leaking and they were great about fitting us in around the weather to help avoid further damage. The price was a bit higher than i would've like but that was to be expected as we needed special care taken on the addition roof as well as the short amount of time we had to get it repaired.
