The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful.
