"I had a spring break on my garage door. I called and got an appointment scheduled for March 26 2026. The lady was really nice, explained the price and set a time between 1-2. At around 12:40 my service tech. called and said he was about 20 minutes out. Dustin showed up at 1:05. He was very nice and I showed him the broken spring. less than 25 minutes later he was done. The price was the same as the quote over the phone. I could not have asked for a better tech to come to my house. In a world where good service is hard to find. A-1 gave me a great service experience both on the phone and in person. I will use them for all my garage door needs."
