From the very beginning, Yann was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all the details. He worked with me to ensure the design and materials were exactly what I wanted, and his communication was on point throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time and within budget, which is always challenging in construction projects. His employees were incredibly respectful, kind, clean and left the job site spotless at the end of every shift making it look like they weren't even there. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. The addition looks seamless, and the new windows, siding, and roof have completely transformed the look of my home. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises.
