"Joel and Brandon arrived on time (early actually), and were great! Explained what was involved with the video inspection, answered all my questions and were pleasant throughout. They were scheduled to do another video inspection at my elderly neighbors' house afterward and were super nice and patient with them, answering all their questions kindly which I also appreciated. We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I was loyal to another plumbing company for the last 9 years (but they don't do video inspections), and while I have no issues with that company at all, I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. the next time I need plumbing work! Additionally, Megan in the office was very sweet and helpful when providing pricing and scheduling info./assistance beforehand!"

"It was a smooth and fantastic experience. Mr. Gross was very professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We love our new deck! We highly recommend Mr. Gross and his company!"

"They definitely get the job done right and efficiently. They are the professionals you need. Devin found and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend this company overall. In fact, if I ever need drain or plumbing services I'm calling Divine Way!!"

"They did a great job."

"Projects and repairs were done professionally and efficiently. Mr. Kennedy was on time and had the necessary materials with him. Very pleased!"

"Trevor showed up on time and ready to work. He found the problems we had with the threshold at the backdoor and got everything repaired and looking good. Trevor is professional and friendly. His team has worked with us before and I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I was not at home for about three weeks, and after returning, I found a drainage problem in my kitchen. I was quite anxious because this was my first time dealing with clogged sinks. I got a suggestion from my close friend, and according to their recommendation, I called for a hometown restoration in need of a plumber for the next day. A great technician came on the next day at the right time and started working with diligence. He was the friendliest, funniest, and the most hardworking guy I've ever met when looking for house repair services. He encountered difficulties with the pipes at first and was eventually able to remove the blockage. He also stopped for a while after repairing the issue to ensure that the dishwasher and waste disposal worked better. Cheaper price than the other plumbing companies, so highly recommended!"

"Excellent! Explained what needed to be done to Make the repairs, completed the repairs quickly and cleaned up any mess that was made during the job. I highly recommend them and will call upon them again if needed."

"David was able to come out the day after we called (just before Xmas, busy time). He recommended replacing the sink rather than trying to replace busted Grohe hot water cartridge (due to age and cost). So he then came back the next day to install the faucet we went and bought. A few days later we noticed a small leak had developed, so he returned a day later (no cost to us) and resealed to stop the leak. Despite having to drive from Eastbank to Westbank three times and spend 90 mins on labor, the total charge was $142. Totally fair."

"I needed a lock and cover for my exterior water faucets to protect against water theft and vandalism. It was urgent, but Charles didn’t know this. He responded right away and ordered 3 locks /covers. As soon as it came in, he headed to my home within hours. The job was done on time, clean, very professionally and within budget. Because I’m out of town he sent pictures of the work that was done. I later disclosed to him about a contractor stealing my water. We talked about security measures and he recommended to me security cameras that I could use for that purpose that would work within my budget and that he would install for me. Mr. Stevens did excellent work. I would use him again."
