"Great quality work, but he did not complete the job fully, which made me try and do it, which cost me a flooded garage. He did not give us a written quote, so I felt powerless when he increased the price by nearly 400 dollars at the very end. Make sure you get a very detailed quote and be clear that you will expect him to do everything agreed upon, or get the price of anything extra before he does the work. We feel slightly cheated, but the work quality was very good, he just didn't do everything he said he would. But when the job is not completed, and to complete the job would cost you extra money even though it was a simple thing for him to finish, he left at 4pm and said to cap off the remaining tank would be 185 dollars, on top of the extra already paid, it is hard not to feel cheated. He sold me on a professional series tankless, and what I received was a basic Home Depot heater. So buy your own heater and hold him to a written quote price. I would have got more quotes had I knew the price would jump and the heater would be an average heater instead of a professional series. I also would have just bought the heater myself and saved the mark up. Get a very detailed quote and let him know very clearly that you will pay only what is quoted, and if something will cost extra, make sure you know why and what the extra cost will be before he does the job. If you do that, you should not feel taken like we did. The work itself is neat and done right, so take that into account."

It just rang a bell for me so when I called friday after lunch he (Joel) told me staight up that he was booked on a job in town until mid-week and would not be availible 'til then. I said OK and would call him back. I shut off the water on friday and waited until wednesday. I called back wednesday morning and he said, "Hello George". We worked out a time and his "apprintace" (Daniel) was there right after lunch. A very nice young man. We looked at the situation, I came inside to check the dog then went back outside, Daniel was on the phone with his boss. When he got off he suggested a cheap possible fix. I said let's do it. The pipe was an old one connected to the shed which came down in Katrine, so we cut it off, changed the faucet and that did the trick ! His price was more than reasonable and Joel came by to check it all. Daniel and Joel are great guys and I'd recommend them to anybody ! Can I add a few more stars to this review ?! "Two mornings ago we discovered an exterior water leak that appeared to be coming from under our slab. Bertucci Bros agreed to come and assess our problem. They arrived in less than 90 minutes and after some digging discovered a small leak from a pipe 3 feet into/under the house slab. We turned the main water supply to the house off but were assured that we could turn it on from time to time to flush toilets and shower (without further damage to house or slab), until they could come back out the next morning to fix the leak. Well, of course it rained torrentially the next day, so they couldn't come and work until the following morning. They arrived at 8 am sharp and began digging to give room to access the leaking pipe. They then cut out and replaced the broken part of the pipe, and refilled the large hole. Their timeliness with the repair was much appreciated. The estimate was $1,100 and that was the final cost. They were neat, efficient and fairly priced. We will use them again and recommend their services."

"EXCELLENT! At 9 am this morning, my son walked in and said, "Mom, the tub faucet broke off!" And it did - the faucet had broken clean through and water was pouring out of the broken faucet into the tub. I looked for the shutoff but couldn't find it, so I was looking at a $500 water bill if I didn't get help quick. I called my regular plumber and explained the problem and they said they could get someone over here in two days ... So I called Divine Way and the owner, Mr. Devin Jones, and a helper were here in less than 30 minutes, had everything repaired and back in place and the water back on with a couple of hours. And for a very reasonable charge. $ 450 to shut off water, completely remove and replace old faucet including related handles and so forth, and roto rooter the drain since it had been running slow and might as well get it fixed while they're here.
