"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. "This was our second time working with Jeff, and once again he didn't disappoint. We have some old beat-up terrazzo in part of our house, and he busted his butt trying to make it pretty again (stripping, buffing, waxing). Some old stains didn't budge and probably need to be ground out (something we don't want to do), but he massively improved the appearance of the floors and was meticulous in his work. He also installed a new ceiling fan, repaired an exterior light fixture with some very wacky wiring problems, and did some beautiful skim coating in one of our bathrooms. All in one weekend and for a very fair price. He even installed a light fixture in our laundry closet for no extra charge. He's got loads of experience and always goes above and beyond.
