"Very professional, Laura came out next day for estimate (Sunday), great job explaining the types of concrete color staining and why one worked better than the other for my basement, they got work done quickly and worked with me on adjustments to color palette during the process. Final product was very nice and pleased with the outcome. The only hiccup was a misunderstanding about acceptable payment method (I don't use traditional paper checks), hence the 4 stars for customer service, otherwise great group to work with on concrete staining. The boss was on site 90% of the time. Communication was excellent before,during,and after completion. The technician came back to put a refrigerator back in garage and put a second seal on porch. He was wonderful. The finished product looks beautiful and solved my water puddling issues."
