He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. The cost for a external repair was 3 to 4 times more than fixing internal. The crew was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. These guys understand “water flow” and know their job. A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.

"Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house."

"I had a bad problem with water runoff and erosion due to the slope of the yard. This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"
