"Taylor came out and crawled underneath the house in the crawlspace. I told Taylor that I needed to get support from one-side to the other. The floor was sagging on the side where the kitchen and living room is and the other side had a rise to it. Taylor had an outline the house and had drawn (2) 4 by 4 post with (10 times 2) medal post holding each of them up. I told him that I needed 2 more post on the other side of the house and he said that I would have to pay twice as much for two more post. I would also have to pay around $6,000.00 to have dirt removed from the crawlspace. I have not received any pictures of the work that was done either. I'm an disabled woman on an fixed income that has been taken advantage of. I now have a big hump in the middle my floor. Taylor said he doesn't even come out to do an job no less than $5,000.00. "They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"
