"We were going to pass.  After I bought the deal I called to see how much they charge for certain things and they have not told me over the phone.  They just wanted outlay on that day for their work.  Well, what I ended up getting the big deal for and what they ended up doing was changing two light fixtures because it was so expensive.  I think I paid more than the big deal because I emailed them that I still have work for them to do and they could have done two light fixtures but it was going to be a different charge, like a $80 extra for what I actually wanted them do."

During the installation, a water pipe was hit accidentally, but the team did a great job to minimize damage and did everything asked of to remedy the issue (including repairing what got wet).
