I contacted Toni Robinson, Manager, Customer Service about installing Laminate Flooring. Two days later Grerg Costello, Owner, Sales, came to my house and we reached a reasonable deal for installation. The Flooring was delivered. I was told the installers Danilo and jake would arrive at 8AM in the morning. At 8AM in the morning Toni Robinson arrived with the installers, she introduces everyone and answered any questions. The installers went to work immediately and only took a short lunch break and completed the job a 6PM. (10 hours). They were very respectful and did a professional job of installation and did an amazing job cleaning up. Outstanding Customer Service Reasonable Price Professional Installation Definitely a FIVE Star Operation"

Tim came back and we reassessed what was needed. He explained every step of the process and was at our home throughout the job. Tim was thorough and addressed the concerns he had with his foreman to ensure the floors looked the way he expected and the way we wanted them to look. At completion, His team addressed questions I had and then presented those same questions to Tim. The entire process was fantastic, from moving our furniture to its replacement.
