"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. "Resolution Pest was very good. I spoke to the owner on the phone. He told me what to expect and then the cost of a treatment plan if it was necessary. An employee came to the house on the designated day. He did not come during the allotted window of time, he came much later in the day. But, he did arrive. He assessed the house, looked at the perimeter and the deck. He did not see any evidence of carpenter ants entering the house. However as a precaution, he treated the baseboards in the basement and the main level. He also found spiders in dark damp areas of the home. He commented that spiders are indicative of other insects. Then he treated those areas for insects. He was helpful and appeared forthright. He did not encourage starting a treatment plan. But rather, did the one treatment and made his other suggestions. Overall, it went well and the treatment has been effective."

"I think this is definitely an above average company, and the technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. I think the pests are finally contained (just about; not eradicated), on the third attempt.  The initial attempt was a complete fly-through, the tech was in and out of my house within 5-10 minutes.  They nailed the crickets but failed to make a dent in the roaches. Follow-up was a bit nerve-wracking (one time they didn't return my call after I left a message, and another time they reminded me of the policy to wait for two weeks before scheduling a follow-up).  To their credit they came back two times at no additional charge (i.e. they honor the three month guarantee), the first time extensively spraying the kitchen (and asking me to save samples of any roaches for any follow-up visit :)) and the next time carefully placing a large number of special baits in every conceivable drawer and closet.  This finally did the trick -- roaches were gone for a few weeks, and won't usually appear now (mostly baby ones) unless we leave food out. The baits will wear out soon.  When they do, will we engage them again?  I don't know, but I will at least shop around first and consider others.
