"Quick estimate and appointment set up. Prompt arrival on service day. Excellent prep work and attention to detail. 17 x 10 foot reinforced concrete slab for swim spa was installed. Finished in 1 day by 2 hard working men that clearly care about their trade! Definitely would hire again for any further concrete work."

"Kitchen remodel was an absolute success! The quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. They were easy to work with and they were open to my ideas. There is no question I would hire them once again, as well as refer them to close friends and family. I want to thank them again for their time, their effort and there honesty."

"When I called them they were quick to get back to me and come out for a free estimate.
The owner made sure to work with me directly to start the project and also came to check on the progress his crew was making during the day that they were pouring the drive. I felt like he had solid communication and wanted to provide good service.
He kept to his initial quote of $2800.00 and was happy to do a final walk through with me to make sure everything was to my liking. I thought they did a good job with the work and got it done quickly.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality was due to some of the concrete work near my irrigation box chipping away and resting of my AC unit on the concrete before it was done curing.
The drive addition looks great and has been working well for my large work truck. I would use them again and recommend their work.

"This contractor Really showed appreciation in the quality of work he produces. Also really explained all the steps it’s gonna take to get the job done the right way. He is kind and honest about everything. Not like some of the other contractors I’ve dealt with before, if you have any work for him I highly recommend."

FAQs for concrete delivery projects in Kennewick, WA

The amount of concrete you need varies by project. One 80lb bag covers an area of about 2 square feet, for a slab 4 inches thick. Two 60lb bags of concrete cover an area of about 2 square feet for a slab that is 6 inches thick.

A truckload of concrete can usually hold a maximum of 10 cubic yards.

The cost of concrete per cubic yard depends on which brand you purchase, but usually costs about $110 for bags.

It takes about 41 bags of concrete to fill a cubic yard. Always plan to buy a few bags more than the exact required amount in case of mistakes.

To calculate the amount of concrete you need for a slab, you should find the cubic yardage of the area you will be filling. Just follow these steps:

  1. Measure the area in feet.

  2. Multiply length by width, and then by thickness.

  3. Divide the resulting number by 27 to find cubic yards.
