"Everything went smoothly from the sale (onsite, at our home, with samples of materials and a quote at the time of the visit), to communication with the main office (regarding timing of construction, follow ups on payment milestones) to the construction (which was expertly handled by a crew of two guys who work for the company). The owner himself came out to install plugs in the screw holes on one side of the deck, after the crew decided that the original plugs were not a good color match. When we requested an estimate with A-1, they came right on time (actually came earlier because they were already in the area) and listened patiently to everything we wanted to get done. I called and spoke to Tania, who seemed happy to look at pictures and provide an estimate. After 11 days, I received two quotes.
