"We contracted RCL Remodeling to assist with some drywall repairs in our DC townhome last month and were extremely pleased with their professional and thorough approach to their work. The two-man crew that worked on our unit did a fantastic job and were extremely communicative both before and during the repairs. We will definitely hire RCL Remodeling again should we need any additional work done on our house."

"The work was meticulous. Every detail was cared for and I couldn’t have asked for more. Everything looks great and I’m very pleased. Work: built a pantry, extensive drywall, installation of new doors and hardware, painting trim and doors."

"I've called on Rosales Contractor services a few times and they never disappoint. He has a team that he works with that deliver professional results. He has done flooring, drywall repair, interior and exterior painting, cleaned gutters, repaired interior doors. I've referred him to my neighbors and friends who are pleased with RC, LLC. Jhon is fair and his prices competitive."

"Did very good job on installing the flooring. Informed us and stop work as they ditectrd a leak. Finished the job after leak was stopped. They could have just finished the work, later we would have detected water damage, which would have cost more to fix."

"Highly recommend. CCE staff arrived to give quote for wood deck washing and offer accepted, very fair pricing and promise of outcome. Staff arrived to our house on time and went directly to work, very courteous, high degree of tasking skills, and performed as advertised. We were so very excited about the wonderful restored appearance and physical status of our, prior to this work grayed and dirty deck wood. The staff cleaned EVERY SINGLE SURFACE of the deck, looks like it was just installed. Yes, I will recommend and employ CCE for any future house repair needs."

"I hired Dreamville Remodeling to do several jobs at my house. They completely redid my shower because my shower pan was leaking. They removed and replaced part of my hardwood floors. They also removed a bar and created an island in my kitchen. Their craftsman is phenomenal and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need a contractor."

"Another vendor had blown insulation into one wall in every single room of the house plus the ceiling upstairs. There were holes every 16â that were rough patched. Edward Fuentes and his team fixed every single hole, then took samples of the drywall to match paint colors. They only painted one wall per room, and we were concerned about matching, but they matches are perfect. They also completed the whole job in one day. Communication was excellent, and they even agreed to dispose of leftover paint from this project and a previous project that a previous owner did. We are beyond satisfied and will definitely use them for other work in the future. As soon as they left, we reached out to a family member in DC to share Edwardâ s contact info."

"EXCELLENT! I cannot rave enough about Mr Omar and his worker. The repairman has 15 years of experience in drywall and painting. The job he did was seamless. Fair Price, Good Communication, Timely and punctual ! Work is impeccable . So happy !"

"Home Valet Pros were responsive and professional, from the scheduler, to the estimator, and the workers. The workers were skilled. The primary challenges we had were around communication. (1)The scheduler booked me for two half days, but the workers arrived planning to be onsite for one full day. After a little back and forth with works and the supervisor, the workers agreed to leave and return as originally scheduled. It affected my own work schedule some. (2)Estimator came out and reviewed my request for 4 tasks (drywall, painting, door, shutters); he even took photos of each area of requested. I didn?t notice that the door didn?t make the contract, although the price was the same. Workers who came out, said they could not work on the door. (3) There was drywall dust left throughout the work area I guess because I didn?t explicitly ask for cleanup. I didn?t think to take photos until I was most of the way through my own cleanup."

"John at JJ Construction and his crew did a beautiful job and John's quote was the best out of 3. What else can you ask for?? John and his crew went out of their way to install new appliances for me even though this was not part of the original work to be performed. They replaced my entire flooring with new flooring and they painted the entire place. The job was done beautifully and the property was left clean. John paid attention to every detail. I have 3 properties and I have dealt with a few contractors in the past but believe me when I say that John and his crew are the best I have dealt with. They are wonderful workers and good men all around. I would recommend them all heartedly to anyone... and I already have."
