"With water damage, from the roof, my small bathroom needed a new ceiling, floor and other repairs. I use to hate this small bathroom now I love it !!! Wonderful work on ceiling, new drywall, mudding and painted. New floor, new pretty vinyl, new light bar, and they made sure the fan was clean and working. Is so nice, clean and cute. I own a manufactured home (or as it is called now a mobile home). These homes usually have unique openings and require customized or special orders. John was extremely helpful and brought my vision of what I wanted into reality. He also provided some suggestions which proved to be extremely beneficial. He was quick and efficient with his work. John framed the space from floor to ceiling. John did framing, molding and trim, dry wall (in the space above the doors on both sides), sanded and painted. "Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.
