"I asked Candace to complete two different space plans since we were not sure what our final goal would be. One that rearranged my first floor (kitchen/dining room/ formal living room/ foyer/ breakfast nook) to get me a larger kitchen, new mudroom, and more family friendly space. We met three time overall; one free consultation, one trip to measure and photograph my space, and one trip to go over the plans.
