"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

The price was reasonable so we decided to move forward. When Vitalii came again he had a new part to try. He installed it but the oven still didn't work. He reassured us that he would still be able to fix it for the original quoted cost, but had to get an entire new panel from the manufacturer. He returned a few days later, installed the new panel and additionally fixed a piece of rubber gasket that had come lose from around the oven window for no additional charge. Very happy with the service, the price and his work!"
