Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price. If the underlying drywall requires replacement after panel removal, an additional fee of $1.60 to $2.35 per square foot is incurred.
